Executives often find themselves stuck because mission-critical activities are not being performed due to a lack of leadership. That’s why companies need a trusted partner that can fill senior-level talent gaps with candidates positioned to succeed.

All our engagements are led by partners, each with more than 20 years of executive search experience as consultants, candidates and clients. Understanding all three stakeholder perspectives gives Kamyn the unique advantage of knowing the perspectives of our clients and candidates. We know what good looks like and have built our model to exceed expectations.

Kamyn develops a detailed profile of the ideal candidate for each position. We provide at least three vetted candidates within 30 days for interviews and we support the hiring investment with pre-hire assessments and post-hire coaching.

Kamyn helps companies recruit ideal candidates who align with organizational values and then gets them up to speed in their new position quickly. That enables leaders and their teams to focus on executing the strategy and growing the organization.

Keri Lyle

Coach

Keri Lyle is a certified executive leadership coach who has a combined 10 years of coaching experience and 15 years of corporate experience working in leadership roles across the HR function. She works with senior leaders, managers and high-potentials through both 1:1 and group coaching to up-level themselves, their teams, and their careers.

She coaches leaders on developing their leadership presence, showing up with more emotional intelligence and confidence in order to influence and collaborate more effectively. She also works with leaders and their teams to have more impact through developing a clear mission and strategy, psychological safety, clear structure and roles, and delegation, accountability, and feedback. In addition, she coaches leaders through navigating their own career transitions more intentionally and successfully, including adapting to increased scope, preparing for the next level, and planning for what’s next.

Keri’s coaching approach is deeply rooted in the whole person and weaves together all parts of a leader and their life to create an integrated view of them as a human in the world, not just a leader at work. She also grounds her work in experiential learning, using a test-and-learn model focused on intention, action, reflection, and integration in order to help leaders shift both their mindsets and behaviors. Her years as an HR leader and internal coach at Google also heavily informed her work in terms of helping leaders see the matrixed systems within which they operate and how to build their tolerance for complexity and ambiguity.

Keri has 15 years of experience working in corporate HR functions at a startup and at Google. While at Google, she held several roles in her 12+ years including leading global location strategy, running the executive coaching program, and being an HR Business Partner, all while serving as an internal coach and facilitator. After many years in the Bay Area, she now resides back in her home state of Maine where she is an active member of the community as a coach, consultant, trail runner, and member of the Maine Outdoor Film Festival screening committee.
